 Universal studio tickets sold out ! Hence, Baby and I changed our plan. We headed to Nex Mall to watch this movie " Gulliver's travel ". We shopped around, played games in arcade and settled our lunch at Ajisen Ramen before the movie started.  As usual, I ordered Clayfish Ramen. Yummy yummy ~    The flowers that my baby bought for me today. I love it very much. After the movie ended, we went to Skypark and took some pictures over there.  Monday, December 27, 2010
Jealousy Jealousy Jealousy is a combination of fear and anger. Fear of losing something and anger that someone is "moving on" something that you feel belongs only to you. When you start feeling jealous, ask yourself.. Is it more fear-based or more anger-based, and why? Recognize which part of your body is being affected. You might also feel a combination of those sensations. Sharing your true feelings with someone without blaming them can create a deep sense of connection between the two of you and open up a dialogue about the path of relationship. Use "I" instead of "you." Instead of saying, "You shouldn't have done that," say, "I felt terrible when that happened." Jealousy can alert you to what you want and what is important to you. If you’re jealous of someone talking to a friend of yours, personal relationships may be important to you. If you’re jealous about money, you may have an underlying need for security or freedom. Ask yourself, "Why am I jealous over this? What is making me jealous? What am I trying to keep? Why do I feel threatened?" When you begin to understand what makes you jealous, you can begin to take positive steps to maintain those things, without the cloud of negative emotion that accompanies jealousy. There are often false beliefs that underlie jealousy and fuel emotion. If you examine the belief, you can often eliminate the jealousy. Some common underlying beliefs are “Everyone is out to get my money” or “If this person leaves me, I won't have any friends.” Beliefs are changeable. If you change your belief, you change the way you feel. Choose to tell yourself a belief that is nurturing and supportive, and you’ll feel better. When you begin taking steps to creating a happy and fulfilling life for yourself, you will find the anger, the jealousy, and the fear will disappear. Don't listen to people who make you jealous. Raise your sense of self worth and self confidence by acknowledging your accomplishments, inner qualities and other good things about you. One way to change your belief system and inner dialogue, is to journal on a daily basis supportive messages to yourself. In time, your efforts will begin to sink into your subconscious. And as a result, you'll develop new inner strengths, dimenish any envious feelings, and feel more joy within and in life. Jealousy is not the same thing as love. Sometimes, people think that by feeling jealous about someone, they are loving them by envying the things they have. Jealousy is not love; it’s the fear and anger of losing out. Jealousy disappears when you fully understand that to covet someone or something else that does not belong to you is a misjudgement and more than likely a distortion. Learn to be happy with yourself and what you have, unless what you lack is due to oppression, and if that is the case, if you have the ability to stick up for yourself and cause changes that will benefit everyone in your situation, including yourself. You should know I'm a frank person. Whatever I think and feel, I let you know everything. I hate people lying to me that's why I also don't want to hide to you anything. You know I had crush on another guy, you still hold on to this relationship. I can feel that when you said to me " I LOVE YOU " these three words, you really said it from the bottom of your heart. When I'm hungry, you cooked for me. When I'm lonely, you accompanied me. When I'm unhappy, you will make me happy. When I'm tired, you helped me massage. When I'm bored, you played games with me and watched drama together with me. When I made a big fuss over small matters, you are able to take it. When I told you I wanted to break with you, you never let me go easily. You made me feel that I'm so important to you to the extent of you are afraid of losing me. Candy darling & me  Met up with Benny around 8.30pm at Eunos mrt area. We headed off to Boat Quay and chatted for a moment while waiting Candy darling to arrive. Benny accompanied me to meet Candy darling when she reached Boat Quay. Subsequently, Candy darling, her friends and I went to xBar to celebrate her birthday. Do what makes you happy. Be with who makes you smile. Laugh as much as you breathe, and love as long as you live. No one can ruin your day without your permission. Most people will be about as happy as they decide to be. Others can stop you temporarily, but only you can do it permanently. Whatever you are willing to put up with, is exactly what you will have. The best way to escape your problem is to solve it. If you don't start, it's certain you won't arrive. We often fear the thing we want the most. Look for opportunities, not gaurantees. When things go wrong, don't go with them. I don't have to attend every argument I'm invited to. Our eyes are place in front because it is more important to look ahead than to look behind. Hi people, recently I'm doing fine. I went to meet Ezella with one of my friend at Cineleisure just now. We headed to K Pool for a moment and subsequently we went down to smoke. We took some pictures before I left Cineleisure. Next, my friend and I walked off to Plaza Sing to have my dinner at KFC. After that, we chatted for a while before I came home. I get to know a guy through a Social networking site ( Bebo ). I added him on Bebo and he added me on msn. We chatted with each other and decided to meet up with each other because we want to know more about each other. Hence, I asked him to come over to Sembawang to meet me. I felt bad to make him wait for me. When he told me he reached Sunplaza, I'm still playing Boomz. I took my own sweet time to prepare before meeting him. Lol. Next, he drove me to Town to find his friends and after that we went to Simpang Bedok to eat and chat together as a group. I told him that I want to meet my another friend for the purpose of accompany him and chat , he drove me to Yishun to find him. Such a good guy right ? Anyway, I enjoyed myself with them yesterday.
